Advantages of application of Saginomiya components in Heat Pump units [12]

The presentation will provide an overview of the line-up of Saginomiya components for Heat Pumps. It will start with a brief overview of the Heat Pump circuit with focus on its most important parts and their function in the system.

Later on, the speaker will move on to describe each specific part with further explanation on its location and function in the system, and, most importantly, the advantages that use of Saginomiya components brings for design and performance of the final unit.

The review components will include electronic expansion valves, pressure transducers and pressure switches. In case of UKV electronic expansion valves, the presentation will focus on the new generation, UKV-S series, that offers more compact construction, allowing the use in smaller and more compact heat-pump units, as well as providing technical improvements, such as increased operational pressure differential in both flow directions, making UKV-S even more suitable for reversible heat-pumps.

Further on, the presentation will provide information about NSK pressure transducers with giving more information about available variants which allow for application in various units from design point of view, as well as for the used refrigerant and size of the unit or required capacity.

Final part of the presentation will focus on ACB pressure switches, providing an overview of their possible applications in heat-pump systems, as well as available variants that allow for application in various conditions.
