B. Sc. RWTH (02/2015) in Mechanical Engineering and M. Sc. RWTH (06/2016) in Mechanical Engineering (Renewable Energies). During his studies, he worked as a research and teaching assistant at the Institute of Technical Thermodynamics for six semesters and completed his technical internship at Porsche AG. Since 07/2016 Research Associate at the Institute for Energy Efficient Buildings and Indoor Climate in the team Building Energy Systems and founding member of the team Refrigerant Cycles. The PhD thesis covers the integrated design of heat pump systems in theory and experiments. Besides research, he holds a scholarship in "Personality and Leadership" of Rheinisches FührungsColleg and is certified for "Professional Teaching Competence for the University" by Hochschuldidaktik NRW.
