Thomas Nowak is a renewable energy aficionado. As well as closely following the energy transition, he is the owner of a heat pump and a PV power plant - and a building in which both peacefully cooperate.

Thomas Nowak is Secretary General of the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA). His main responsibilities are representing the industry to the European institutions, networking with other stake-holders in the field of heating and cooling and managing the current and future development of the association.

Thomas Nowak has published articles on heat pump technology and speaks at many international events.

He has also contributed to scientific publications including those of the IEA and REN21.
