Alexander Schechner has been professionally involved with renewable energies since his engineering studies in electrical engineering. During his involvement in leading management positions at the technology group Voith, the focus was on the development and implementation of large-scale plants. Previously, he had initiated his own project that combined volatile wind power with the reliability of hydropower via a pumped storage plant. The approach of making technology multipliable and realisable without major intervention in the environment determines Envola's developments. Here, too, it is the innovative combination of two technologies that leads to greater efficiency and a high degree of reliability.
