M.Sc. Benjamin Zühlsdorf

PhD Student / Technical University of Denmark

Benjamin Zühlsdorf is a PhD student at the Section of Thermal Energy at the Technical University of Denmark. His PhD project focuses on the development of high performance heat pump cycles for low temperature heat sources and is part of the ThermCyc project which in general focuses on efficient use of low temperature heat sources, such as industrial waste heat. His expertise lies in the design of heat pumps using zeotropic working fluid mixtures and the integration of heat pumps into defined boundary conditions. His work on the integration of heat pumps benefits from working experiences in the field of mechanical and process engineering in industrial applications as well as experimental work.
