Miguel Ramirez is a scientist innovator at the group of Sustainable Technologies for Industrial Processes at TNO.

He studied Petroleum Eng. and holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Eng. and a PhD in High Temperature Heat Pump technologies from Ulster University.

He has experience working on energy efficiency and industrial decarbonization projects. His expertise lies in the development and integration of high temperature heat pumps and other waste heat recovery technologies.
