Gregor Schmidt studied refrigeration system technology at the European Study Academy for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Ventilation (ESaK) with thermofin GmbH as his industrial partner. Since his graduation, he has been working as a development engineer in the company's research and development department. He is responsible for the optimisation of CO2 gas coolers and air coolers. His expertise lies in the development of detailed solutions and technologies to optimise energy efficiency and reliability.
